Self-Scheduling Appointments
We are now offering self-scheduling on our online portal. You can make your own appointment for your child’s acute illness such as ear pain, fever, cough, rash, sore throat, vomiting, etc.
Imagine: your child says their ear hurts late at night, you can give some ibuprofen and logon to the portal to book an appointment for the morning.
You can access our portal through the link at the top of our website or by downloading the app “My Office Practicum.”
This is a pilot, so there are limited providers and time slots available. We will work to expand the options if it is a helpful feature for our patients.
