Parents, we hope this will make your lives a bit easier!

On our portal, you can see your child’s scheduled appointments, view vaccine records, request a refill, look at growth curves, and message your team. 

If we have your email, we sent an email today so you can login and get started. If you did not receive an email, please call the office to update your email on file. 

Please keep in mind that this is not for emergencies or urgent questions about your child. If you need to speak to us now, please call. Our phone number will get you to a pediatric nurse and our on call doctor 24 hours a day. 

However, if you need a form or prescription refill or want to see when your next appointment is or see if your child had a flu shot this year, then the portal has that info.
