Office Hours
Weekday Hours
Our weekday office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. During this time we are available in the office for well care, sick visits, urgent visits, rechecks and to answer any questions you may have. Our laboratory is open during this time as well.
Regular office hours are also a time you may call to schedule any kind of appointment, leave messages, renew medications, and speak to the business office – please see Appointments and Scheduling for details. Please note that we ask parents calling in to make regular checkup appointment to try to call after 10:00 am so parents calling about sick children in the early am can quickly speak to a receptionist.
Weekend Hours
Our office is open Saturday and Sunday mornings starting at 8:30 am. Please call in as soon as possible after 8:30 am if you have questions or want your child seen. Similar to weekday evening “After Hours” the phone message you hear when you call on Saturday and Sunday mornings will be different; simply listen and follow the prompts to speak to our receptionist. When children are seen in our office on weekends there is an additional charge. Most insurance companies recognize and reimburse for this added service, but we recommend that you check with your insurance carrier.
Consultations
There are times when it is helpful to meet with parents who are expecting, or parents with or without their child who would like time for more extensive discussions about health concerns. These visits are scheduled before or after regular office hours as consultations. If you would like to schedule a consultation, please call our office and we will set up a time for you to come in.
